Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

  1. The return, refund and exchange policies are applicable for purchases from You Pharmacy website ONLY.
  2. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us. You may email, call or whats app us.
  3. Should there be discrepancies of products delivered, please contact us at
  4. Products which are purchased from You Pharmacy website which fulfil the following conditions can be exchanged :
    • products delivered are damaged or defective; or
    • products delivered are expired; or
    • Product received is different from Order submitted via You Pharmacy website.

    Upon receiving the return parcel, item(s) will be checked to see if the item(s) fulfil the criteria for exchange. If yes, the items will be sent to you within 14 days.

  5. You Pharmacy takes pride in reputation for excellent products and services. Products purchased from You Pharmacy Website to be exchanged shall be returned in its original states/conditions, unused, with original packaging and seal intact, manufacturer’s containers, user manuals, warranty cards, same quantity as ordered and, in the conditions when it is first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  6. To return a purchase made through our website, you may arrange postal services from any courier/ carrier to our return centre. We recommend Customer to use certified courier/carrier which provide “Tracking Services”. The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. It is your responsibility to make sure that the parcel reaches us. Please take note that shipping fee for returning items purchased from website is to be borne by Customer.
  7. For items which has been verified as conditions as stated in Clause 4, you will receive a full refund on delivery fee for returning the items. Walk-ins will not be entertained at any You Pharmacy outlet.
  8. Exchange Procedure
    • Drop us an email at taipan.youpharmacy@gmail.com within 7 days from the date you receive your item and provide us with the following:
    • Name of purchaser,Invoice Number, Airway bills & Contact Number
    • Product Name and reference number
    • Reasons for exchange (wrong product/ damaged item/expired products) and take a picture of the products to be enclosed in the email.
  9. Item(s) which are not allowed to be exchanged/ refunded:
    • Personal care/ hygiene products like facial masks, test kits, personal grooming products due to hygiene issues.
    • Free gift (s)
    • Due to change of mind
    • Disposable and one time use products/ Opened products/partially used (panties, gloves, masks, diapers and etc.)
  10. Exchange is limited to ONE (1) time for the same item. All return items must reach us within 30 days from the date the parcel being dispatched from our warehouse.
  11. Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  12. Please allow 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to process refund/exchange. Any return/exchange which are done outside the stipulated time frame will not be entertained.
