Diffuse

Add 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into 120ml of water and diffuse with Nova Aroma Diffuser.

Inhale

• Open the bottle of essential oil, hold it up against your nose or place a few drops on a tissue or handkerchief and take a deep breath to inhale and enjoy.
• Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for 5 – 10 minutes.

Topical application

Apply diluted essential oils to specific areas of the body such as your abdomen, neck, wrist, chest, etc.

Dilution ratio:

• For adults: dilute 15 drops of essential oil with 30ml of carrier oil.
• For children between 3 months to 12 years old: dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 20ml of carrier oil.

Cleaning

Dilute 30 drops of essential oil with 60 ml of white vinegar and 450 ml of water. Combine the ingredients in a glass spray bottle, shake well and spray onto the desired surface to wipe clean.
