Dosage & Administration

• Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably after meal.
• Children over 12: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after meal.
• Children under 12: As recommended by doctor/pharmacist.
• The capsule can be swallowed whole. The capsule can also be opened and mix the content of the capsule with cold water or food. It should not be mixed with or taken with hot drinks or food, as the heat can inactivate the bacteria.
