INGREDIENTS
Fish Collagen: 0.5 gram
Dosage & Administration
1. Take 4 to 10 grams daily (equivalent to 2 to 5 teaspoonfuls).
2. Mix the oral powder into a cup of drinking water, stir well and drink immediately.
3. Sweeteners or flavours may be added, if desired.
