TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to the You Pharmacy website (the “site”)!

We, You Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd (“You Pharmacy”), offer services to you based on the terms and conditions set out below.

By using this site and its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use (“T&COU”) as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this T&COU, you may not use the site in any way.

Should the T&COU conflict with any other documents, the T&COU will prevail for the purposes of using the site. We reserve the right to update or revise the T&COU at our sole discretion from time to time.

The updated T&COU will be posted on the site and shall take effect from the date of posting. The continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the T&COU constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You are eligible to use the services of the website if you fulfil the following terms and conditions of use (T&COU) of “the site”:

  1. Agree to abide by and comply with T&COU at all times.
  2. Provide information in connections with registration for use of services of the website and that all information which have been provided is accurate, complete and updated.
  3. Maintain the data and information accurate and updated for usage of services.
  4. Information will be used to process online membership registration and management, promotion of products and services, promotional events of You Pharmacy and business partners, monitor spending and volumes of items sold, identify and prevent fraud (if any).

ONLINE STORE MEMBERSHIP AND PASSWORD

The membership is solely for use of services and purchases of products from “the site”. You are liable for all transactions on “the site” except in the event of fraud case (which needs to be investigated and confirmed), or due to negligence by us or any of our employees. You are responsible to secure and keep your password private and confidential. Please ensure that the information of your account is up-to-date. You Pharmacy will NOT be responsible for inaccurate information which is provided by you that result in wrong deliveries or purchase or products.

RETURN POLICY

  1. The return, refund and exchange policies are applicable for purchases from You Pharmacy website ONLY.
  2. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us. You may email, call or whats app us.
  3. Should there be discrepancies of products delivered, please contact us at
  4. Products which are purchased from You Pharmacy website which fulfil the following conditions can be exchanged :
    • products delivered are damaged or defective; or
    • products delivered are expired; or
    • Product received is different from Order submitted via You Pharmacy website.

    Upon receiving the return parcel, item(s) will be checked to see if the item(s) fulfil the criteria for exchange. If yes, the items will be sent to you within 14 days.

  5. You Pharmacy takes pride in reputation for excellent products and services. Products purchased from You Pharmacy Website to be exchanged shall be returned in its original states/conditions, unused, with original packaging and seal intact, manufacturer’s containers, user manuals, warranty cards, same quantity as ordered and, in the conditions when it is first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  6. To return a purchase made through our website, you may arrange postal services from any courier/ carrier to our return centre. We recommend Customer to use certified courier/carrier which provide “Tracking Services”. The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. It is your responsibility to make sure that the parcel reaches us. Please take note that shipping fee for returning items purchased from website is to be borne by Customer.
  7. For items which has been verified as conditions as stated in Clause 4, you will receive a full refund on delivery fee for returning the items. Walk-ins will not be entertained at any You Pharmacy outlet.
  8. Exchange Procedure
    • Drop us an email at taipan.youpharmacy@gmail.com within 7 days from the date you receive your item and provide us with the following:
    • Name of purchaser,Invoice Number, Airway bills & Contact Number
    • Product Name and reference number
    • Reasons for exchange (wrong product/ damaged item/expired products) and take a picture of the products to be enclosed in the email.
  9. Item(s) which are not allowed to be exchanged/ refunded:
    • Personal care/ hygiene products like facial masks, test kits, personal grooming products due to hygiene issues.
    • Free gift (s)
    • Due to change of mind
    • Disposable and one time use products/ Opened products/partially used (panties, gloves, masks, diapers and etc.)
  10. Exchange is limited to ONE (1) time for the same item. All return items must reach us within 30 days from the date the parcel being dispatched from our warehouse.
  11. Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  12. Please allow 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to process refund/exchange. Any return/exchange which are done outside the stipulated time frame will not be entertained.

CREDIT CARD AND E-WALLET PAYMENT

Credit cards like Visa and Master, and E-Wallet payments are accepted for use at You Pharmacy website. There is no surcharge for use of credit card and E-Wallet payment on “the Site”. Credit card(s) and/or E-Wallets will be billed as soon as you purchase using credit card and/or E-Wallets on “the site”. Should there be refund for products which fulfil the criteria for return/ exchange, the refund will be processed in 15 to 30 days. In the events where order(s) cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortage, you will be contacted by staffs of You Pharmacy to arrange for refund/ exchange.

DELIVERY- FREE SHIPPING ! (TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED.)

  • We are proudly offered free shipping and handling for local shipping in Malaysia. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders.
  • A minimum purchase of RM 150.00 or promotion codes are required for free shipping. Most packages will arrive 3 to 5 business days from date of payment. Delivery to remote areas will take 7 to 14 days.
  • Depending on availability of stocks, certain items in your order may be shipped from other warehouses, which may take an additional 2-3 business days.
  • If you are not available to receive the parcel when the first delivery is attempted, our courier/carrier partners will contact you to schedule for a re-delivery.

YOU CLICK & YOU COLLECT

You Pick & You Collect is a way for you to collect your online orders. You can shop online anytime and collect your orders at a You Pharmacy outlet of your choice.

  1. Log in to You Click and choose the You Click & You Collect when you shop online.
  2. You receive Order Confirmation Email.
  3. You Pharmacy Warehouse receives orders, packs and dispatches orders from warehouse.
  4. Orders are delivered to respective You Pharmacy outlet(s).
  5. You receive notifications via email/SMS/Whatsapp to inform you that your orders are ready and can be collected from You Pharmacy outlets.
  6. You collect your order via email/messages and proof of orders at the selected outlets.

USE OF INFORMATION AND “THE SITE” DISCLAIMER

  • The information which is provided on “the site” is not for the purposes of diagnosis, treatment, curing or preventing any diseases. There is no guarantee that the information on “ the site” are accurate and complete.
  • You are responsible for using the information on the website at your own discretion. It is advised that you seek professional medical consultation whenever necessary.
